Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: In accordance with the current laws, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania at the current rate of sales tax in each location. Tax exempt organizations must fax a copy of their tax exempt certificates along with a copy of their invoice to (973) 884-0746. Once received and processed, the tax charges will be removed from the purchase. The tax form will be kept on file.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: In order to cancel all or part of your order you will need to contact us before your order has shipped. Please note that the window for cancellation is very small because we ship our orders quickly. You can contact us at 1.800.772-2001 Ext. 322, Monday - Friday between 8:00am-5:30pm (EST). We will need you to provide your order number and the cancelled or changed quantity. If the order has already been processed and shipped, please do not refuse the package. Call us to provide you with a return authorization form/number so that we may ensure your package returns safely. We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit due to refusal or returns without return authorization. Your account will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes the return (please keep your tracking number). For detailed information, please read our return policy.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: It’s Hassle-Free!
All claims for returns must be made within 10-working days from the date of receipt of goods.  A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Product must be returned in salable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund for the product cost including any sales tax you may have incurred. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return shipping cost. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee under certain conditions. Special order products and products detailed with custom finishes are not eligible for exchange or return. Please read our detailed return policy.

Q: What happens if my product is damaged or defective?
A:  If your product arrives defective in any way, please contact The Paper Mart Store immediately. Items damaged due to shipping must be reported within 5-business days of the order delivery. Please also be sure to report the damage immediately to the shipping carrier.  Defective items must be reported within 10-business days of the order delivery. Q: How do I estimate the ship date of a ‘special order’ product?

No worries, Based on the information provided by the mills/ manufacturers, we have done our best to estimate the ship dates for ‘special order’ items. Ship dates, however, will vary during certain times of the year. 

Special order products are identified on the product pages of The Paper Mart Store website. When a ‘special order’ item is purchased via the website, a Paper Mart Sales Specialist will contact you with a ‘real time’ ship date as provided by the mill/ manufacturer.

We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is correct. Occasionally, however, an error may occur. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately in order to correct the matter.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We have several shipping options available:

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Once an order is processed, you can request a confirmation email designating an appropriate tracking number for UPS.

Q: What is the standard Turnaround Time once my order is placed?
A: Once we have verified your payment, your order is sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled. Stock items will ship ‘same day’ for those orders placed prior to 5:00pm (EST) Monday - Friday. On occasion, certain products offered are not available for immediate delivery. If this occurs, a sales representative from The Paper Mart Store will provide you with the anticipated shipping information. We will also provide you with an anticipated ship date for those products subject to a special order or for those orders requiring a custom finishing process. (Printing, cutting, scoring, punching, ruling, padding and drilling) Please note that anticipated delivery dates are based upon information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Expedited shipping is available upon request for stock items.
 
Q: Are there any days in which The Paper Mart Store is closed?
A: Please note our offices will be closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and Christmas Day. Orders will be processed on the next business day.

Q: When will my next day delivery package arrive?
A: Next day delivery is available when an order is processed before 3:00pm (EST). The item must be an ‘in stock’ item and the shipping destination must be within the continental United States. Orders processed through Waynesboro, PA are subject to a 1-day delay.

Q: How do I anticipate the shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the checkout screen prior to payment. The calculation will be complete once a shipping address and shipping method has been identified.   

Q: What if my order is late or doesn’t arrive?

A: Adjacent to The Paper Mart Retail Outlet is Paper Mart Inc.’s 200,000 sq. ft. paper warehouse. This gives you immediate access to the largest paper warehouse on the east coast.  Paper Mart carries folio size sheets that can be cut to any dimension that you need. Paper Mart Inc. maintains ‘in-house’ cutting and finishing departments. We can custom cut, drill, perforate and wrap to your project’s specific requirements.
