A Return Authorization Number is required for ALL Returns. Please contact The Paper Mart Store prior to returning any product.

The Policy

All claims for returns must be made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of goods.  Once you complete a return autorization form, the Paper Mart Store will provide you with a Return Authorization number. All product returns must be made within 30 business days from the date of receipt of goods. General returns must be in salable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging with the UPC or barcode clearly visible. There will be a restocking fee of 20% if products returned need to be re-packaged prior to being placed back on the selling floor. If you have changed your mind about a product or ordered the wrong item(s), you will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once a return is processed, you will receive a refund for the product cost including the appropriated sales tax incurred. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return shipping cost. Please note, the following products are not eligible for exchange or return;  Special Order products and products detailed with custom finishes including those that have been custom printed, cut, ruled, drilled, perforated, padded, banded and/or scored by Paper Mart’s finishing department. ‘Special order’ products are identified on the product pages of the website. Please note with regard to deliveries of ‘special order’ items - if the actual delivery is outside of the published delivery, a Paper Mart Sales Specialist will contact you to quote a real-time delivery date as provided by the mill/ manufacturer.

Please report any damaged, short-shipped, mis-shipped and incorrect shipments to The Paper Mart Store within 5 business days. Contact your shipping carrier immediately if your order arrives damaged or if your scheduled shipment is incomplete.  Defective items must be reported within 10-business days of the delivery date, and samples sent to The Paper Mart Store. Please do not throw out the packaging as you will be required to return the defective/ damaged stock in its original packaging. Product returns must be received within 30 business days.

Please be advised that if we are required to re-ship an item that was damaged, defective, short-shipped or mis-shipped, there will be a temporary charge applied. The charge will be refunded when the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse and processed. Please allow 15-25 business days for return processing and a credit posted to your account.

Additional note, regarding 'using your own shipping method', please be aware that if you use your own shipper / shipper number to transport your product from Paper Mart's warehouse to your location, Paper Mart will not be able to handle any claims related to the shipment. All claims for damaged product or shortages due to opened/ damaged cartons will have to be made directly to your carrier.
